SGLTR-V Tablet is an oral combination medicine used to manage blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps achieve targeted glycemic control when a single medication or proper diet and exercise alone are not sufficient.
It combines two antidiabetic medicines: remogliflozin etabonate, an SGLT2 inhibitor that allows the kidneys to flush out extra glucose through urine, and vildagliptin, a DPP-4 inhibitor that stimulates the pancreas to release more insulin after meals.
Take this tablet regularly at the same time each day, with or without food, as prescribed by your doctor. Consistent daily compliance along with active lifestyle habits supports healthy long-term blood glucose and HbA1c levels.
Before starting, inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, heart disease, a history of pancreatitis, or severe infections. Ensure you stay well-hydrated and maintain excellent personal hygiene during treatment.
