Sgltr V Tablet 10

SGLTR-V Tablet is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus in adult. It is especially useful when other medicines like metformin or its combination with remogliflozin etabonate and vildagliptin are not enough to keep blood sugar levels normal. It may also be prescribed for patients already undergoing treatment with the individual combination of these medicines to help improve blood sugar control under medical supervision.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

The SGLTR-V Tablet is taken orally.

SGLTR-V Tablet contains the following components:

• Remogliflozin Etabonate (100 mg): Remogliflozin etabonate serves as the precursor to remogliflozin, an inhibitor of sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2). This mechanism facilitates urinary glucose excretion, contributing to the alleviation of hyperglycemia in treating type 2 diabetes.
• Vildagliptin (50 mg): It is a DPP-4 inhibitor which promptly and entirely inhibits DPP-4 activity. This inhibition leads to elevated fasting and postprandial levels of endogenous incretin hormones, including GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide 1) and GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide).

• The SGLTR-V Tablet should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Incorporate foods abundant in healthy carbohydrates and fiber, including fruits, whole grains, and vegetables, into your diet.
• Adopt a regular eating schedule, avoiding meal skips and overeating.
• Adhere to a nutritious diet and take a 45-minute walk to complement the SGLTR-V Tablet treatment.
• Sustain a healthy weight through regular exercise.
• Ensure proper rest, and mitigate stress through meditation or yoga.
