Rekool-L 25 Tablet is used for the following:

• Managing gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

• Healing and maintenance of intestinal ulcers

• Controlling symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome

• Alleviating dyspepsia

• Reducing dizziness and nausea

• Managing symptoms of Meniere's disease

• Healing erosive or ulcerative GERD

• Managing symptomatic GERD in adolescents aged 12 years and older

• Managing duodenal ulcers

• Eradicating Helicobacter pylori bacteria

• Managing pathological hypersecretory conditions like Zollinger-Ellison syndrome in adults

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid crushing, chewing, or breaking the tablet.

• Take this medicine one hour before a meal, preferably in the morning.

• Stick to your regular schedule and take it at the same time each day for the best results.

• If a dose is missed, remember to take it as soon as possible.

• Do not double up doses if you miss one; just continue with your normal schedule.

Rekool-L 25 Tablet consists of two active ingredients which work together to provide relief:

• Levosulpiride (25 mg): This ingredient acts as an antipsychotic and also works on your digestive system. It reduces the activity of a neurotransmitter called dopamine in your body. This action helps increase gastrointestinal motility, allowing food to pass freely through your intestines.

• Rabeprazole (20 mg): As a member of the proton pump inhibitors class, rabeprazole works by blocking an enzyme in the stomach wall that produces acid. The reduced acid production allows ulcers and reflux damage to heal effectively.

• Store Rekool-L 25 Tablet in a cool, dry place not exceeding 25°C.

• Keep the medicine away from direct sunlight and moisture.
