CompositionRaciper 40 Tablet is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used to treat conditions caused by excess stomach acid, including gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acid reflux, peptic ulcer disease, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
It contains esomeprazole. It works by reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach, allowing the esophageal and stomach linings to heal and preventing heartburn and acid indigestion. Take it on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning before food.
Dietary and lifestyle changes support acid management. Avoid spicy, fatty, or acidic foods, refrain from lying down immediately after eating, and avoid alcohol and smoking.
Before using this medicine, tell your doctor if you have severe liver disease, osteoporosis, or low magnesium levels. Long-term use should be monitored under medical supervision.
