Ondero Met Od 1gm Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Type 2 diabetes management in adults

• Blood sugar level control

• Supporting diet and exercise for diabetes control

• Long-term glycaemic management

• Improving insulin sensitivity

• Preventing complications of diabetes

• Controlling fasting blood glucose levels

• Regulating post-meal blood sugar spikes

• Supporting weight management in diabetic patients

Follow these instructions while taking Ondero Met Od 1gm Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.

• Never crush, break, or chew the tablet as this affects how it works.

• Take it at the same time each day to maintain consistent blood sugar control.

Ondero Met Od 1gm Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Ondero Met Od 1gm Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Linagliptin (5 mg): Inhibits an enzyme called dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4), which normally breaks down incretin hormones in your body. By blocking this enzyme, linagliptin increases incretin levels, which stimulates insulin release from the pancreas and reduces glucagon production when blood sugar is high.

• Metformin (1000 mg): Decreases glucose production in the liver, which helps reduce the amount of sugar released into your bloodstream. It also improves insulin sensitivity in muscle tissues, allowing your body to use insulin more effectively to remove sugar from the blood.

• Store at room temperature not exceeding 30°C.

• Keep away from high humidity and moisture.
