Olmin Trio 40 Tablet 15 is used for the following:

• Treatment of high blood pressure

• Management of hypertension not controlled by dual therapy

• Prevention of cardiovascular complications

• Reduction of peripheral vascular resistance

• Lowering of blood volume in hypertensive patients

• Relaxation of constricted blood vessels

• Decreasing vascular resistance in hypertension

• Supporting blood pressure control in adults

Follow these instructions while taking Olmin Trio 40 Tablet 15:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a sufficient amount of water.

• Take this medicine at the same time each day for best results.

• You can take this medicine with or without food. or as prescribed by your doctor.

• Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.

• Consult your doctor if you have any questions about using this medicine.

Olmin Trio 40 Tablet 15 is taken orally.

Olmin Trio 40 Tablet 15 contains three active ingredients that work together to lower blood pressure:

• Olmesartan medoxomil (40 mg): This component blocks a substance called angiotensin II from binding to receptors in your blood vessels. This action helps relax and widen your blood vessels, making it easier for blood to flow through them.

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): This ingredient blocks calcium from entering the muscle cells of your heart and blood vessels. By blocking calcium, it helps your blood vessels relax and widen, which reduces blood pressure.

• Chlorthalidone (12.5 mg): This is a diuretic or "water pill" that increases the amount of salt and water removed from your body through urine. This reduction in fluid volume helps lower your blood pressure.

• Store Olmin Trio 40 Tablet 15 at room temperature between 20°C to 25°C.

• Keep the tablets in their original packaging until ready for use.

• Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.

• Keep out of reach and sight of children.

• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date printed on the package.

• Reduce your salt intake to help manage hypertension (high blood pressure), as excess sodium can increase blood pressure levels and reduce the effectiveness of your medicine.

• Engage in regular moderate physical activity, such as brisk walking for 30 minutes daily, which helps lower blood pressure by improving heart function and blood vessel health.
