Ipra Trop Respule interacts with the following medicines:

• Anticholinergic agents: Using these medications, such as atropine or tiotropium, alongside this respule may lead to an additive effect.

• β-adrenergic agonists: Medicines like salmeterol or formoterol can have an additive effect with this medication, which may require monitoring for adverse cardiovascular effects.

• β-blockers: Medications like metoprolol and atenolol can have an antagonistic effect when taken with this medicine; it's best to avoid concurrent use.

• Diuretics: Using diuretics like furosemide or hydrochlorothiazide with this medicine can lead to changes in the electrocardiogram and/or low potassium levels in the blood (hypokalaemia).

• Monoamine oxidase inhibitors or tricyclic antidepressants: These medicines, such as imipramine or phenelzine, may enhance the cardiovascular effects of this respule. Use these combinations with extreme caution.

There are no known food interactions with Ipra Trop Respule.

Ipra Trop Respule interacts with the following diseases:

• Cardiovascular disorders: This medicine should be used cautiously by patients with heart diseases as it can affect blood pressure and heart rate.

• Narrow-angle glaucoma: Ipratropium, one of the key ingredients in this medicine, may cause blurred vision or exacerbate glaucoma symptoms. Patients should contact their doctor if vision changes occur.

• Prostatic hyperplasia or bladder neck obstruction: Caution is advised for patients with these conditions as urinary retention may occur.

Your doctor will prescribe the daily dose of Ipra Trop Respule depending on the severity of your condition and your response to the treatment. Stick to the prescribed dosage, and don't exceed it without your doctor's guidance. For detailed instructions, refer to the package insert.

If you accidentally administer more than the prescribed dose of Ipra Trop Respule, you may experience dry mouth, nausea, trembling, dizziness, rapid heartbeat or even unexpected tightening of the airways. Inform your doctor if these symptoms persist or worsen.

If you miss a dose of Ipra Trop Respule, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it's nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Don't increase your dosage without consulting your doctor.
