Miragron ER 25 Tablet is used to manage an overactive bladder in adults, easing sudden urges to urinate, frequent urination and accidental urine leakage (urge incontinence).

It contains mirabegron, which relaxes the bladder muscle to increase how much urine the bladder can hold. The extended-release form releases the medicine slowly.

Swallow the tablet whole with water as prescribed. Reducing caffeine and alcohol and pelvic-floor exercises support treatment.

Tell your doctor about any high blood pressure, heart problems or severe kidney or liver disease before use. Your blood pressure is checked during treatment. Report a marked rise in blood pressure or a fast heartbeat.
