• CYP2D6 substrates: Mirabegron, present in this medicine, moderately inhibits the CYP2D6 enzyme. So, if you are taking medicines like metoprolol or desipramine, which are metabolised by this enzyme, monitoring and dose adjustments might be needed.
• Medicines with a narrow therapeutic index: If you're taking medicines like thioridazine, flecainide, or propafenone (which have a narrow therapeutic index and are metabolised by CYP2D6), you may need close monitoring and possible dose adjustments.
• Digoxin: When starting treatment with digoxin alongside Miragron ER 25 Tablet, the lowest dose of digoxin should be used and serum digoxin levels monitored to adjust the dose.

There are no known specific food interactions with Miragron ER 25 Tablet. You can take this medicine with or without food as per your convenience.
