Miragron ER 25 Tablet is used to manage the symptoms of overactive bladder (OAB) in adults, including sudden urges to urinate, going to the toilet frequently and accidental urine leakage (urge incontinence).
It contains mirabegron, a beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist that relaxes the bladder muscle to increase its storage capacity. The ER form releases the medicine slowly. Take it as prescribed, with water; swallow the tablet whole.
Reducing caffeine and alcohol, pelvic floor exercises and regular voiding habits support your treatment alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor about any high blood pressure, heart problems or severe liver or kidney disease before starting, and about other medicines you take. Blood pressure is checked during treatment. Report a significantly raised blood pressure, fast heartbeat or signs of a urinary infection.
