Nezalast Nasal Spray is used for the topical treatment of nasal allergy symptoms, helping reduce sneezing, a runny nose and irritation caused by allergens acting directly on the nasal passages.

Uses of Nezalast Nasal Spray are:

• Allergic Rhinitis: Reduces sneezing, nasal congestion and a runny nose.
• Nasal Irritation: Eases discomfort caused by allergens acting on the nasal passages.

To administer Nezalast Nasal Spray properly, follow these steps:

• Clear your nostrils by blowing your nose gently.
• Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use.
• Remove the cap and hold the bottle upright.
• Slightly tilt your head forward, insert the nozzle into one nostril, and point it towards the outer wall of your nose.
• Close the other nostril with a finger and spray the medicine while inhaling gently through your nose.
• Try not to sneeze or blow your nose immediately after using the spray.

Nezalast Nasal Spray is for intranasal use only. 

Nezalast Nasal Spray contains the following components:

• Azelastine (140 mcg): Azelastine, the antihistamine component, works mainly by blocking histamine receptors. Histamine is a substance released in the body during an allergic reaction, and it causes symptoms like sneezing, itching, and runny nose. By blocking its receptors, Azelastine helps prevent these symptoms.
• Fluticasone Propionate (50 mcg): Fluticasone Propionate is a synthetic corticosteroid. It works by reducing the inflammation in your nasal passages. As inflammation is a key factor in many allergic reactions, this reduction can help ease symptoms such as swelling and mucus production.

• Keep the in-use bottle at room temperature, stored in an upright position, within the range of 15°C–30°C (59°F–86°F), for a duration of up to 35 days. Each bottle is designed to provide at least 30 doses.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Maintaining a dust-free environment at home and at work can also help minimize allergic reactions.
• Consider using a dehumidifier in damp areas to prevent the growth of moulds that might aggravate nasal allergies.
• Regular washing of bed linens in hot water can help eliminate dust mites.
• For outdoor allergens like pollen, staying indoors on high pollen days and keeping windows closed can reduce exposure.
