Tell your doctor before using Duonase Nasal Spray if you have recent nasal ulcers, nasal surgery, tuberculosis, or active viral or fungal infections. Avoid spraying directly onto the nasal septum. Contact your doctor if you experience persistent nosebleeds, severe nasal irritation or vision changes.
