Administer Ezicas AZ Nasal Spray with the following steps:

• Gently shake the bottle before each use.

• Clear your nostrils by gently blowing your nose.

• Slightly tilt your head forward and carefully insert the spray tip into one nostril while closing the other nostril.

• Point the tip towards the outer wall of your nose. As you breathe in, press down firmly on the pump to release one spray.

• Breathe out through your mouth and repeat in the other nostril.

• Avoid spraying into your eyes or mouth, and don't inhale deeply while spraying.
