Here's how you should use Moxicip KT Eye Drops:

• Always wash your hands before using the eye drops.

• Tilt your head back slightly and pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket.

• Hold the dropper above the eye with the tip down. Look up and away from the dropper as you squeeze out a drop.

• Close your eyes for 2 to 3 minutes with your head tilted down, without blinking or squinting.

• Gently press your finger to the inside corner of the eye for about 1 minute, to keep the liquid from draining into your tear duct.

• Moxifloxacin (0.5%): Classified as a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, moxifloxacin operates by inhibiting enzymes called DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV in bacteria. These are vital for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair, and recombination. By disrupting these processes, moxifloxacin halts bacterial cell division and growth, effectively managing the infection.

• Ketorolac Tromethamine (0.5%): It works by inhibiting an enzyme called cyclooxygenase in your body. This blocks the formation of prostaglandins, substances in the body that cause pain and inflammation. By inhibiting these substances, ketorolac helps reduce ocular discomfort associated with bacterial conjunctivitis and post-operative inflammation following cataract surgery.

• Keep Moxicip KT Eye Drops in a cool, dry place where the temperature stays between 15°C to 30°C.
