Moxicip D Eye Drop is used to treat bacterial eye infections such as bacterial conjunctivitis and to manage inflammation following eye surgery. It helps clear bacterial infection and reduce post-operative swelling, redness, and discomfort.
It contains moxifloxacin and dexamethasone. Instil the drops into the affected eye as prescribed. Wash your hands before and after use, and avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface or to your eye to prevent contamination. Continue using the drops as advised even if your symptoms improve.
Good eye hygiene supports recovery. Avoid rubbing your eyes, refrain from wearing contact lenses during treatment, and protect your eyes from dust and bright light.
Tell your doctor if you have a history of glaucoma, viral or fungal eye infections, or cataracts before using this medicine. Inform your care team if you experience severe eye pain, worsening vision, or persistent irritation.
