Montair FX Tablet is used to manage hay fever, chronic hives, and allergic asthma. It provides relief from throat irritation, sneezing, and itchy eyes by lowering systemic inflammation. Here are the steps on how to properly take Montair FX Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• The medicine can be taken either before or after meals.
• Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.
• Consistently take the medicine around the same time every day, preferably in the evening.
• It's crucial to continue taking Montair FX Tablet as directed by your doctor, even if you feel better.

Montair FX Tablet combines two active ingredients:

• Fexofenadine (120 mg): This second-generation antihistamine blocks histamine H1 receptors. Histamines are responsible for allergy symptoms such as sneezing and increased mucus production when they bind to H1 receptors. By blocking these receptors, fexofenadine reduces the effects of histamines.
• Montelukast (10 mg): As a leukotriene receptor antagonist, montelukast blocks the action of leukotrienes, inflammatory substances that cause airway inflammation and bronchoconstriction during allergic reactions. By doing so, it helps in relieving allergy symptoms.
