It contains two active ingredients: montelukast and fexofenadine hydrochloride. Fexofenadine is a non-sedating antihistamine that blocks histamine, a compound responsible for causing sneezing, a runny nose, and watery eyes, while montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces airway inflammation and swelling. It can be taken with or without food.
