Mirago S50 Tablet is used for the following:

• Managing symptoms of overactive bladder syndrome, a condition where you feel sudden and frequent urges to urinate.

• Controlling urge urinary incontinence, where you experience involuntary passage of urine due to an uncontrollable urge to urinate.

• Reducing urinary frequency, which is the need to urinate more often than normal.

• Helping control urinary urgency, which is a sudden, compelling need to pass urine.

Here's how you should take Mirago S50 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet as this could interfere with how the medication works.

• It can be taken with or without food, at any time of the day that suits you.

Mirago S50 Tablet is taken orally.

Mirago S50 Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Mirabegron (50 mg): As a beta 3 adrenergic receptor agonist, mirabegron works by relaxing the detrusor smooth muscle in your bladder during the storage phase. This action helps increase the capacity of your bladder.

• Solifenacin (5 mg): This component is a competitive muscarinic receptor antagonist. It inhibits acetylcholine from binding to receptors in your bladder. This reduces involuntary bladder contractions and increases residual urine volume.

Together, mirabegron and solifenacin offer a dual mechanism of action that better manages symptoms of OAB compared to either medication on its own.

• Keep Mirago S50 Tablet at room temperature between 20°C to 25°C.

• Protect the medicine from moisture, so ensure the bottle is tightly closed.

• Brief exposure to temperatures between 15°C to 30°C is acceptable.
