Bladmir-S50 Tablet 10 is used in adults to treat the symptoms of an overactive bladder, where problems with bladder control cause urgency, frequent urination and leakage that affect everyday life.

Uses of Bladmir-S50 Tablet 10 are:

• Overactive Bladder: Helps control the overall symptoms of an overactive bladder.
• Urinary Urgency and Frequency: Reduces the sudden, hard-to-delay need to pass urine and the need to go more often than usual.
• Urge Incontinence: Helps reduce accidental urine leakage that happens with a strong urge to urinate.

Here's how you should take Bladmir-S50 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• It's key not to chew, crush or divide the tablet.

• Remember that the medicine can be taken with or without food.

• You should never take more than the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

• Make sure not to stop taking this medicine without speaking to your doctor first.

Bladmir-S50 Tablet is taken orally.

Bladmir-S50 Tablet contains two active components that work together to manage the symptoms of an overactive bladder:

• Mirabegron (50 mg): This is a beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist. It activates specific receptors on a muscle in your bladder called the detrusor muscle, causing this muscle to relax when your bladder is storing urine. This increases the amount of urine your bladder can hold and reduces involuntary bladder contractions.

• Solifenacin (5 mg): Classified as an antimuscarinic agent, solifenacin works by blocking certain receptors in your bladder called M3 muscarinic receptors. By doing so, it inhibits involuntary contractions of the detrusor muscle, reducing the frequency and intensity of these contractions.

The combined action of mirabegron and solifenacin helps relax your bladder and increase its capacity to hold urine. This reduces the urge to urinate and episodes of incontinence.

• Keep your Bladmir-S50 Tablet in a cool, dry place where the temperature stays between 20°C and 25°C.

• Avoid exposing it to excessive heat or moisture.

• Remember to keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children.

• Always check the expiry date on the packaging, and don't use this medicine after its expiry in May 2025.

• To help manage your overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms, try to limit your caffeine intake. Drinks like coffee, tea, and certain fizzy soft drinks can irritate your bladder and make your symptoms worse.

• Regular physical activity can also help manage OAB. Try exercises that strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, as these can improve bladder control. Always consult with your doctor before starting a new exercise regimen.
