Bladmir-S50 Tablet is used to treat the symptoms of an overactive bladder in adults. It helps reduce the sudden urge to pass urine, the need to pass urine more often than usual, and accidental urine leakage linked to urgency.
It contains mirabegron and solifenacin, which relax the bladder muscle and reduce unwanted bladder contractions. It can be taken with or without food. Take it as prescribed by your doctor for the full course recommended.
Simple bladder-friendly habits can help alongside this medicine. These include cutting back on caffeine and alcohol, not drinking large amounts of fluid late in the evening, and bladder training exercises if your doctor or nurse suggests them.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma (raised eye pressure), constipation, difficulty passing urine, or liver or kidney problems. Your doctor may check your blood pressure while you are taking it. Speak to your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Tell your doctor if you have a history of difficulty emptying your bladder or a blockage in your stomach or intestines, as solifenacin may not be suitable in these conditions.
