Mirvance S 50 Tablet 10 is used to manage overactive bladder symptoms in adults, reducing the sudden urge to urinate, urinary frequency and urinary leakage.

Uses of Mirvance S 50 Tablet 10 are:

• Overactive Bladder: Helps manage the sudden urge to urinate and frequent urination.
• Urinary Incontinence: Helps reduce urinary leakage caused by overactive bladder.
• Bladder Control: Increases the bladder's ability to hold urine.

Follow these instructions while taking Mirvance S 50 Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.

• Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor.

• If you have any concerns, consult your doctor.

Mirvance S 50 Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Mirvance S 50 Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Mirabegron (50 mg): This component works as a beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist, which means it stimulates specific receptors in the bladder muscle called beta-3 receptors. This stimulation relaxes the detrusor muscle (the muscle surrounding the bladder), increasing the bladder's capacity and allowing it to hold more urine.

• Solifenacin (5 mg): This functions as an antimuscarinic agent, also known as an anticholinergic. It blocks the action of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger in your body that causes bladder muscle contractions. By reducing these contractions, solifenacin decreases the frequency and intensity of bladder spasms, allowing your bladder to fill more completely.

• Store Mirvance S 50 Tablet 10 at room temperature below 30°C.

• Protect the tablets from moisture.

• Do not store in the bathroom or other damp places.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date printed on the package.

• Limit caffeine intake (coffee, tea, and fizzy drinks) as these can irritate your bladder and worsen overactive bladder symptoms.

• Practice pelvic floor exercises regularly to strengthen the muscles that help control urination and improve bladder control.
