Minoz Bpo Gel 15gm

Minoz-BPO Gel is used to treat mild to moderate acne. It combines Adapalene and Benzoyl Peroxide to reduce acne-causing bacteria, unclog blocked pores, and help control inflammation. The gel may help reduce the formation of new acne lesions and support gradual improvement of existing acne when used as prescribed.

• Ensure the skin is clean and dry before applying the gel.
• Apply a thin, even gel film to all the acne-affected areas on the face and trunk once a day at bedtime.
• During application, prevent contact with the eyes, lips, nostrils, and mucous membranes.
• When applying to the face, wash and dry it first, then use the amount for each facial part (forehead, chin, each cheek) as your doctor prescribes.
• Wash your hands thoroughly immediately after applying the Minoz-BPO gel.

Use Minoz-BPO gel exclusively for external applications. Apply it to the affected area following the instructions provided by the doctor.

Minoz-BPO gel contains the following components:

• Benzoyl peroxide (2.5% W/W): It exhibits antibacterial and keratolytic properties and works by reducing the growth of acne-causing bacteria on the skin by softening and peeling the skin’s outer layer. 
• Adapalene (0.1% W/W): Adapalene works by linking with specific retinoic acid nuclear receptors and not binding to cytosolic receptor proteins. It controls cellular differentiation, keratinisation, and inflammatory processes, thus, causing unclogging of the pores and preventing more acne.

The storage instructions for Minoz-BPO gel are as follows:

• Minoz-BPO gel should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Refrain from sun exposure while using Minoz-BPO gel, as it can increase sensitivity to sunlight, leading to sunburn. Wear protective clothing and apply sunscreen to shield your skin when outdoors.
• Engage in regular exercise for improved mood and self-esteem, even though it doesn't directly clear acne. After exercise, promptly shower to prevent sweat-induced irritation to acne-prone skin.
• Maintain regular hair wash routines and keep hair away from the face to prevent potential contact with acne-prone areas.
• Before bedtime, thoroughly remove makeup to promote skin health and minimise the risk of acne-related issues.
• Steer clear of products irritating the skin, including harsh soaps, skin cleansers, shampoos, hair removers or waxes, hair colouring or permanent chemicals, detergents, and rough fabrics.
