Epiduo Gel is used to manage acne by reducing inflammation, clearing clogged pores and limiting the growth of acne-causing bacteria, helping prevent new blackheads, whiteheads and pimples.

Uses of Epiduo Gel 30gm are:

• Acne Vulgaris: Reduces inflammation, clears clogged pores and limits acne-causing bacteria.

Follow these instructions while using Epiduo Gel:

• Clean your face and other affected areas gently with a non-medicated cleaner. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
• Apply a thin layer of the gel to acne-prone areas like the forehead, cheeks, chin, and back.
• Avoid contact with your eyes, lips, nose angles, and mucous membranes. Remember to wash your hands after applying the gel.
• Limit your skin exposure to sunlight and UV lamps. Use sunscreen and wear protective clothing during the day.

Epiduo Gel 30Gm composition contains Adapalene (0.1 %) + Benzoyl Peroxide (2.5 %) as its active ingredients.

• Benzoyl Peroxide (2.5%): This ingredient has bactericidal properties, meaning it kills bacteria – specifically P. acnes bacteria that contribute to acne formation. Additionally, as a keratolytic agent, benzoyl peroxide promotes the exfoliation of dead skin cells helping keep pores clear.
• Adapalene (0.1%): This component is a retinoid that attaches itself to specific receptors in your skin. Its primary function is to regulate cell differentiation, keratinisation - which is the process by which cells harden, and inflammation in your skin. It aids in controlling the turnover of skin cells and unclogs pores while reducing inflammation caused by acne.
