Lacsoft Cream is a medicated moisturising cream used to manage dark skin patches, hyperpigmentation, scaling, roughness, deep wrinkles, and dryness associated with sun damage and photoaging. It contains 12% Lactic Acid, which works as a gentle exfoliating agent to loosen and remove dead skin cells from the outer layer of the skin. This process helps encourage smoother and healthier-looking skin while improving the appearance of uneven skin texture. The cream also helps retain moisture and soften rough, dry areas, making the skin feel smoother and more comfortable. It should not be applied to fresh sunburns, open wounds, or areas with active skin irritation unless advised by a healthcare professional.
