Histafree-120 Tablet is used to manage allergic conditions such as hay fever (allergic rhinitis) and chronic hives (urticaria). It relieves sneezing, itching and watery eyes without causing much drowsiness.

It contains fexofenadine, a non-drowsy (second-generation) antihistamine. It works by blocking histamine, the chemical responsible for allergic reactions.

Take it with or without food, but avoid taking it with fruit juice, which can reduce how well it is absorbed. Continue for as long as advised for ongoing control.

Tell your doctor about any kidney disease before use, as the dose may need adjusting. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.
