Histafree 120 Tablet is used to relieve symptoms of allergic conditions such as allergic rhinitis, urticaria, allergic conjunctivitis, and dermatitis. It helps reduce sneezing, runny nose, itching, redness, swelling, and skin irritation caused by allergies or insect bites.

• Histafree tablets should be taken as your doctor recommends.
• You can consume the tablet before or after a meal as instructed by the doctor.
• Do not cut, break or chew the medicine. 
• Take it at a fixed time for the best results. .

Histafree tablets should be administered orally.

Histafree tablet is a potent anti-allergic medicine containing fexofenadine. It is a non-drowsy antihistamine, meaning it does not cause drowsiness or sedation in most people. 

Fexofenadine binds to the histamine H1 receptors in various tissues, including the respiratory tract, skin, and blood vessels.

By blocking the H1 receptors, Histafree inhibits the binding of histamine to these receptors, preventing or reducing the allergic response. This helps alleviate symptoms associated with allergies, such as sneezing, itching, runny nose, and watery eyes. Histafree also helps minimise the release of other inflammatory substances, further reducing the allergic response.

• If your stomach is sensitive to Histafree medicine, please use it with your meal to avoid any stomach discomfort.
• Follow a rich diet that includes leafy vegetables and the required amount of protein.

• Avoid alcohol.
• It is better to consume the tablet at night before sleep. But if your doctor suggests consuming it in the morning, you can take it after breakfast too.
