Glempa 10 Tablet 10 contains empagliflozin (10 mg):
Glempa 10 Tablet 10 is not recommended if you are pregnant. It may harm the unborn child. Consult your doctor for alternative treatment options.
Use Glempa 10 Tablet 10 with caution while breastfeeding. It is not known whether empagliflozin passes into breast milk.
Alcohol consumption can increase the risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia) and dehydration. Avoid excessive intake while on Glempa 10 Tablet 10.
Patients with severe liver impairment should use Glempa 10 Tablet 10 cautiously, as dose adjustments or alternative medicines may be required.
Kidney function should be assessed before and during treatment. In severe kidney disease, your doctor may recommend a lower dose or discontinuation.
Glempa 10 Tablet 10 may cause dizziness, especially if taken with insulin or sulphonylureas that lower blood sugar. Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if you feel unwell.
