Fynal-500 Tablet is used to treat certain bacterial infections affecting the lungs, urinary system, skin, and other body parts. It is effective for bacterial UTIs, skin and soft tissue infections, and prostatitis. It is also used for post-exposure prophylaxis of inhalational anthrax and for the treatment of plague, as recommended in specific clinical situations.
