CompositionFreelex Plus Syrup is used for the short-term relief of constipation, softening hard stools and helping the bowels move. It is used in conditions such as piles and anal fissures, and to clear the bowel before certain procedures.
It is a laxative that works by softening the stool and drawing water into the bowel, which makes stools easier to pass.
Take it as prescribed, and drink plenty of water. It is intended for short-term use.
Do not use it long-term without advice. Tell your doctor about any ongoing abdominal pain before use, and report severe or persistent diarrhoea.
