Fluvir Capsule 10

Fluvir Capsule is used to treat influenza in individuals aged two weeks and above by reducing the severity of symptoms like fever, sore throat, cough, and fatigue. It is also used to speed up recovery, lessen body aches, and control the overall impact of flu infections.

• Take the capsule with a glass of water.
• Swallow the capsule as a whole, do not crush or chew it.

Fluvir Capsule should be taken orally.

Fluvir Capsule contains the following component:

• Oseltamivir (75 mg): It is a prodrug for the active form of oseltamivir carboxylate, which functions as a neuraminidase inhibitor targeting the influenza virus. Neuraminidase is an enzyme crucial for releasing newly formed virus particles from infected cells. By inhibiting this enzyme, oseltamivir prevents the spread of the influenza virus within the respiratory tract. This action limits the severity and duration of flu symptoms by reducing viral replication and the potential for complications.
