Hyperneb 3% Respules 4Ml

Hyperneb 3% Respules are used for thinning and loosening thick mucus in the lungs and airways, making it easier to clear through coughing. Each sterile respule contains 3% Sodium Chloride solution and is designed for inhalation through a nebuliser. The hypertonic saline solution draws water into the airway secretions, helping soften stubborn mucus and improve its clearance from the respiratory tract. This can support easier breathing and reduce discomfort associated with chest congestion and excessive mucus production. Hyperneb 3% Respules may be used in hospitals or at home under appropriate medical guidance and are particularly useful when mucus is difficult to clear naturally. Use the respules only with a suitable nebuliser and strictly follow the dosage and frequency recommended by your doctor.

• Sodium Chloride: This is the main and only active ingredient in Hyperneb Respules. It helps in thinning and loosening mucus in the respiratory tract. The 3% hypertonic concentration may draw water into the airway passages, which helps in softening thick secretions. It is commonly used in hospital respiratory care, especially for people with cystic fibrosis or bronchiectasis. This concentration also makes coughing more productive by making mucus easier to expel. The sterile formulation ensures safety during nebulisation.

• Softens Mucus in Respiratory Conditions: The 3% sodium chloride helps attract water into the airway passages and thinning the mucus. This may help manage conditions like chronic bronchitis, asthma or cystic fibrosis where mucus build-up can block airways. Sodium chloride helps promote better airflow by clearing mucus and improving breathing comfort.
   
• Uses Sputum Induction: Inhaling the sodium chloride mist may encourage the body to produce sputum. The induced sputum can then be tested for infections or other respiratory conditions. • Helps with Hydration of the Airways: Dry airways can worsen respiratory symptoms. Sodium chloride in a 3% solution helps pull moisture into the air passages. • The product should be used with a nebulizer only, under the direction of a physician.
• It is not to be injected or administered orally.
• Remove a strip of combipack respule from the carton.
• Tear one respule from the combipack
• To open the respule twist off the cap.
• Squeeze the content into the reservoir of the nebulizing chamber.
• Discard the respule after use.

• Read the label carefully before use.
• Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
• Temperature not exceeding 25°C.
• Keep away from direct light and moisture. 
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Use under medical supervision.
• Not to be sold loose.
• For inhalation only.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• Use the content of each respule as soon as possible after opening. Use a fresh respule for each dose.
• Never use respule that has been already opened or is damaged. Discard any unused solution remaining in the nebulizer cup.
• Even invisible damage to respule caused during storage or transit may result in contamination. Do not use, and return for replacement if the solution is discoloured, leak found on squeezing or contains visible black particles.
