Take the capsule before meals, usually in the morning, as directed by your doctor. Swallow it whole and avoid crushing or chewing it to preserve the slow-release action.
Mild headache, dizziness, or flatulence may occur and usually settles as your body adjusts. Tell your doctor about any ongoing medications, liver conditions, or if you are taking antifungal or HIV medicines before use.
