Dynaglipt-M Forte Tablet is used to control blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes, together with diet and exercise, when a single medicine is not enough. It is a combination medicine containing teneligliptin 20mg, a DPP-4 inhibitor, and metformin 1000mg in a sustained-release form.

Teneligliptin helps the body release more insulin after meals, while metformin reduces the sugar made by the liver and helps the body use insulin better. Take it once a day with a meal, swallowed whole without crushing or chewing, as prescribed.
