Dutas Capsule is used to treat enlarged prostate (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia or BPH) in men. It contains Dutasteride, which works by lowering the hormone Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), thereby reducing the size of the prostate gland.

This helps reduce symptoms like frequent urination, weak urine flow, and difficulty in passing urine. Regular use supports better urinary health, prevents the condition from worsening, and lowers the risk of needing prostate surgery.

Here's how to take Dutas Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew, crush, or open the capsule.
• Take your dose once a day, with or without food, as directed by your doctor.
• Continue taking Dutas Capsule even if you feel better, unless advised otherwise by your doctor.

Dutas Capsule contain dutasteride (0.5 mg), which acts on the body in the following ways:
