Cetzine Tablet is used to relieve allergy symptoms.

Uses of Cetzine Tablet are:

• Allergic Rhinitis: Relieves sneezing, a runny nose and watery eyes.
• Hives: Reduces itching and welts from hives.
• Skin Allergies: Eases itching and skin rashes.

Here's how to take Cetzine Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Don't crush or chew it.
• Follow the dose recommended by your doctor. Don't take more than advised.
• You can take this medicine with or without food as per your doctor's instructions.
• Make sure not to stop using this medicine without first consulting your doctor.

Cetzine Tablet is taken orally.

Cetzine Tablet contains cetirizine (10 mg) which works on your body as follows:

• Binds to H1 Receptors: Cetirizine acts by selectively binding to H1 receptors found on various cells in your body that are involved in allergic reactions.
• Block Histamine: Histamine is a chemical released during allergic reactions that causes symptoms like itching and swelling. By blocking these H1 receptors, cetirizine prevents histamine from binding to these receptors and causing allergic symptoms.
• Symptom Reduction: By inhibiting the action of histamine, cetirizine helps reduce the severity and duration of allergic symptoms such as itching, swelling, rashes, runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.

• Keep Cetzine Tablet at room temperature, not exceeding 30° Celsius.
