Dronis 30 Tablet is used for contraception and to help manage irregular menstrual cycles. It may also help manage symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and moderate acne by regulating hormonal balance. It contains drospirenone and ethinylestradiol.
Take this tablet at the same time each day, as prescribed by your doctor, to maintain reliable contraceptive protection. Continue taking it regularly, even during periods when you feel well, and do not stop without consulting your doctor first.
If you smoke, your doctor may advise you to quit, as smoking together with this medicine can increase the risk of blood clots, particularly in women over 35. Maintaining a healthy weight and staying physically active can also support hormonal balance.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have any history of blood clotting disorders, liver disease, or are taking other hormonal medicines. Contact your doctor if you notice severe headaches, leg swelling or pain, chest pain, or unusual vaginal bleeding.
