Dipsalic F Ointment is used to treat inflammatory skin conditions, including eczema and psoriasis. This medication helps reduce redness, itching, and scaling while soothing dry, inflamed skin to promote the healing of the skin barrier.

• Clean your hands and apply a thin layer of the medicine to the affected area. 
• Unless advised otherwise, do not cover the affected area with airtight dressings. Avoid applying the cream on your face, groin, or underarms.

The Dipsalic F Ointment is for external use only, so apply it on the affected area as directed.

The Dipsalic F Ointment contains the following components:

• Clobetasol propionate (0.05 % w/w): It is a potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation by suppressing the immune response at the molecular level, preventing the release of inflammatory substances.
• Salicylic acid (3% w/w): It is a keratolytic agent that softens and peels the top layer of skin cells, making it easier for medications to penetrate and remove dry, scaly skin.
