Deviry 10mg Tablet 10

Deviry-10 mg Tablet is used to treat menstrual disorders such as heavy, irregular, or missed periods, and abnormal uterine bleeding. It is also used in the management of endometriosis and to reduce the risk of excessive thickening of the uterine lining.

Follow your doctor’s directions for using the Deviry-10 mg Tablet. Below are the general instructions for reference. 

• Take the Deviry-10 mg Tablet with a glass of water.
• Swallow the tablet as a whole; do not crush or chew it.
• This medication can be taken with or without food, but it is advisable to take it at a fixed time.

Deviry-10 mg Tablet should be taken orally.

The Deviry-10 mg Tablet contains the following component: 

• Medroxyprogesterone (10 mg): It is a progesterone derivative that acts by binding to progesterone receptors in the endometrium. This interaction results in the inhibition of excessive endometrial proliferation (uterus lining), making it effective for treating endometrial hyperplasia. It also helps maintain a receptive endometrial environment for potential implantation and supports regulating the menstrual cycle in cases of secondary amenorrhea. 

• Store Deviry-10 mg Tablet at 20-25 ºC. 
• Keep the medicine away from the reach of children. 
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.
• Please protect it from light and moisture. 

• Quitting smoking reduces hot flashes and lowers the risk of chronic problems like heart disease, stroke, and cancer.
• Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight or underweight can affect fertility, so it's essential to maintain a healthy weight through diet and exercise.
• Engage in regular physical activity, including aerobics, yoga, and practices like tai chi. These activities can help relax your body and mind, minimise hot flashes, and improve sleep quality.
• Practice stress-reduction techniques to improve mood swings caused by hormonal fluctuations. Methods like meditation and mindfulness can be beneficial.
• Before bedtime, wear loose-fitting clothing and sleep in a well-ventilated, cool room. This can help prevent hot flashes and night sweats. Try having eight hours of sleep.
