D-Fresh-MR Tablet is used to relieve muscle and joint pain.

Uses of D-Fresh-MR Tablet are:

• Muscle Spasm: Relaxes tight muscles to ease pain and cramps.

1. Take D-Fresh-MR Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
2. Swallow the whole tablet with water, preferably after meals.
3. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
4. Take the medication regularly at the same time every day for maximum effectiveness.
5. Complete the full course of treatment; do not discontinue the medicine in between.

D-Fresh-MR Tablet is taken orally, which means it is swallowed with water. It should not be taken in any other way.

D-Fresh-MR Tablet contains three active ingredients: diclofenac potassium, paracetamol, and chlorzoxazone. Here's how this medicine works:
