Age And Dose Restrictions

• This combination is mainly intended for adults. Use in adolescents should only be as advised by the doctor. 

Contraindications

• This combination is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Chlorzoxazone, Diclofenac, Paracetamol/Acetaminophen, aspirin, or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines. It is also contraindicated in patients with active stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, active liver disease or significant liver impairment, severe kidney impairment, severe heart failure, and a history of NSAID-induced asthma.

Other Medications To Avoid With This Medicine

• This combination may interact with anticoagulants (warfarin and heparin), corticosteroids (prednisolone and dexamethasone), antihypertensives (enalapril and losartan), antidepressants (fluoxetine and sertraline), sedatives or other central nervous system depressants (such as diazepam and alprazolam), antiplatelet medicines (aspirin and clopidogrel), and other pain-relieving medicines containing paracetamol or NSAIDs. These medicines may increase the risk of bleeding, stomach irritation, liver-related side effects, or excessive drowsiness.

Overdose And Missed Dose

• Overdose may cause severe drowsiness, confusion, vomiting, abdominal pain, stomach bleeding, breathing difficulties, liver damage, or kidney problems. Seek immediate medical attention if an overdose is suspected, even if symptoms appear mild.
• If you forget to take this combination, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue the regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose.

Management Of Side Effects

• Most side effects are temporary, mild, and usually resolve after discontinuation of the medicine. However, if you experience severe side effects or worsening of any symptoms, consult your doctor. Taking this combination after meals, avoiding alcohol, and maintaining adequate hydration may help reduce stomach discomfort and dizziness.

• This combination may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or reduced alertness in some individuals. Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if you experience these symptoms.

Use In Pregnancy And Lactation

• This combination should generally be avoided during pregnancy, especially during the third trimester, unless clearly prescribed by your doctor. Consult your doctor before using this medicine while breastfeeding.

Caution In Other Conditions

• Caution is advised in older adults and patients with liver impairment, kidney problems, asthma, stomach ulcers, high blood pressure, heart disease, or bleeding disorders.
