Clofresh S Ointment 20gm is used to manage moderate to severe skin conditions such as psoriasis, stubborn eczema, dermatitis, and thickened skin patches caused by lichen simplex chronicus or lichen planus.

Here's how you should use Clofresh S Ointment 20gm:

• First, ensure the area of skin you need to apply the ointment to is clean and dry.
• Using your fingertip or a clean cotton swab, gently apply the ointment to the affected area.
• Your doctor will prescribe the amount needed based on factors such as the size of the affected area.
• Rub the ointment gently and completely into your skin, covering the whole affected area with a thin layer.
• After applying, wash your hands thoroughly to prevent any possible spread of infection.

Clofresh S Ointment 20gm contains two active ingredients:

• Salicylic acid (6%): Acting as a keratolytic agent, salicylic acid softens and loosens dry, scaly skin. This enables better penetration of clobetasol into the skin.
