EBERCARE M CREAM 15GM interacts with the following medicines:

• Other topical corticosteroids (e.g., hydrocortisone, betamethasone, clobetasol, prednisolone): Concurrent use may increase the risk of skin thinning, stretch marks, telangiectasia, delayed wound healing, and other corticosteroid-related adverse effects.
• Other topical antifungal medicines (e.g., clotrimazole, ketoconazole, miconazole, luliconazole): Simultaneous use may increase local irritation, redness, burning sensation, or alter the therapeutic response unless specifically prescribed.
• Topical immunomodulators (e.g., tacrolimus, pimecrolimus): Concurrent application may increase skin irritation and alter the local immune response.
• Photosensitising medicines (e.g., doxycycline, ciprofloxacin, hydrochlorothiazide): Patients using such medicines may experience increased skin sensitivity and should minimise sun exposure during treatment.

EBERCARE M CREAM 15GM interacts with the following conditions:

• Viral skin infections: Use of EBERCARE M CREAM 15GM may suppress local immune response, allowing viral infections such as herpes simplex or chickenpox to worsen or spread.
• Untreated bacterial skin infections: The corticosteroid component may mask signs of infection and delay healing, leading to progression of the bacterial infection.
• Parasitic skin infections: EBERCARE M CREAM 15GM can reduce inflammatory warning signs, potentially allowing parasitic infestations to persist or become more severe.
• Skin tuberculosis: Corticosteroid use may aggravate tubercular lesions by suppressing local immunity, resulting in worsening or reactivation of the condition.
• Rosacea or perioral dermatitis: The corticosteroid component may aggravate these conditions and worsen symptoms with prolonged use.
• Skin atrophy: Long-term corticosteroid use may further increase skin thinning and fragility in susceptible individuals.

The amount and duration of EBERCARE M CREAM 15GM application are decided by your doctor based on the type, severity, and location of the infection. Follow the prescribed schedule strictly and do not extend use without medical advice.

Excessive or prolonged application, particularly over large skin areas, damaged skin, or under occlusive dressings, may increase the risk of skin thinning, stretch marks, local irritation, and corticosteroid-related adverse effects. Accidental ingestion may require medical evaluation. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if significant exposure or severe reactions occur. 

If a dose is missed, apply it as soon as remembered. If it is close to the next scheduled application, skip the missed dose. Do not apply extra amounts to compensate.
