CompositionD Fresh Tablet is used to relieve pain and inflammation across a range of conditions, including arthritis, muscle aches, back pain, toothache, and inflammation of the ears or throat. It helps reduce joint swelling and morning stiffness so that movement becomes easier.
It contains aceclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic. They reduce inflammation, pain, and fever. Take it with food as prescribed to protect the stomach, and avoid using it for longer than your doctor recommends.
Simple measures support pain relief. Rest the affected area during flare-ups, apply a warm or cold compress as advised, and avoid activities that strain painful joints or muscles.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about any stomach ulcers, kidney or liver problems, asthma, or heart disease, and about other medicines you take. Avoid other medicines containing paracetamol while on it, and report any black stools or severe stomach pain.
