CompositionClinfresh Gel is a topical medicine used to treat acne vulgaris (pimples) on the face and body. It helps reduce pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads by targeting acne-causing bacteria and reducing local inflammation and redness.
It contains clindamycin, a topical antibiotic, and nicotinamide. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry affected areas as prescribed by your doctor. Wash your hands before and after application, and avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and broken skin.
A gentle skin care routine complements treatment. Use a mild non-comedogenic cleanser, apply a light oil-free moisturiser, and protect treated skin from direct sunlight by using broad-spectrum sunscreen.
Before using this gel, inform your doctor if you have a history of severe skin allergies, inflammatory bowel disease, or severe colitis. If severe skin irritation or persistent diarrhoea occurs, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
