It combines diclofenac, an anti-inflammatory painkiller, with paracetamol and chlorzoxazone, a muscle relaxant, to ease pain, reduce swelling, and improve movement during recovery.
Take the tablet as prescribed, preferably with food, to help reduce stomach upset. Use it for short-term pain relief only, and avoid taking it for longer than your doctor has advised, as prolonged use can increase the risk of stomach and heart-related side effects.
Applying a warm compress to the affected joint or muscle and gentle stretching, as advised by your physiotherapist or doctor, can help ease stiffness alongside this medicine. Avoid alcohol while taking this tablet, as it can increase the risk of stomach irritation.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, heart disease, kidney or liver problems, or are taking other painkillers or blood thinners. Contact your doctor at once if you notice black stools, vomiting blood, or unusual bruising. This medicine is not recommended during the last trimester of pregnancy.
