D Fresh Forte Gel 30gm

D Fresh Forte Gel is used to manage vaginal infections, irritation, and itching. It helps restore the natural pH balance, reduces harmful bacterial growth, and soothes discomfort.

• Diclofenac Diethylamine (1.16%): This non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which cause pain and inflammation. It reduces swelling and discomfort at the application site, improving overall pain relief.  
   
• Linseed Oil (3%): This oil is rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 fatty acid. It helps manage inflammation by inhibiting pro-inflammatory cytokines. This natural oil also enhances the penetration of other active ingredients through the skin, improving their effectiveness.
