Diclomol Tablet is used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as headaches, body aches, and back pain. It is also prescribed for joint pain due to arthritis or spondylitis, toothache, and menstrual cramps. It contains diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine, and paracetamol, which work together to ease pain.
Take the tablet as prescribed by your doctor, preferably with food to reduce the chance of stomach upset. Continue the course as advised, and avoid taking other pain-relief medicines at the same time unless your doctor tells you to.
Staying gently active, applying warm or cold compresses to painful areas, and maintaining good posture can help support pain relief alongside this medicine. Adequate rest and hydration can also aid recovery from muscular and joint discomfort.
Tell your doctor before starting if you have a history of stomach ulcers, kidney or liver problems, heart disease, or are taking blood-thinning medicines. It is not suitable during the last trimester of pregnancy. Consult your doctor if pain persists or worsens despite treatment.
