Cansoft-CL Vaginal Suppositories are used to treat bacterial vaginosis and yeast infections such as vulvovaginal candidiasis. They help clear harmful bacteria and fungi from the vaginal area, easing symptoms like itching, odor, and unusual discharge. These suppositories also help prevent the recurrence of frequent vaginal infections.

• Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the suppository.
• Choose a comfortable position, such as lying on your back with your knees bent or standing with one foot on a chair.
• Remove the suppository from the packaging.
• Gently insert the suppository into the vagina using the applicator provided or your finger. Push it as far as it comfortably goes.
• Dispose the applicator or wash it thoroughly for reuse.
• Rewash your hands after insertion.

By suppressing these bacteria's growth, Clindamycin helps restore the normal balance of microorganisms in the vagina.
• Clotrimazole, another active ingredient in Cansoft-CL Vaginal Suppository, is an antifungal medication that belongs to the azole class. It disrupts the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane. By interfering with ergosterol production, Clotrimazole weakens the fungal cell wall, leading to the death of the fungus. Clotrimazole is effective against Candida species of fungi responsible for causing vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) or yeast infections.
