VH3 Vaginal Suppositories are used to treat vaginal infections caused by bacteria and fungi, including bacterial vaginosis, vulvovaginal candidiasis and mixed vaginal infections. They help relieve itching, burning and abnormal vaginal discharge.
They contain clindamycin, an antibiotic that stops the growth of harmful bacteria, and clotrimazole, an antifungal agent that targets the fungi responsible for vaginal yeast infections. Insert one suppository into the vagina at bedtime, as directed by your doctor, and use it for the full duration prescribed.
Avoid sexual intercourse during treatment, and wear breathable cotton underwear to help keep the area dry and support recovery.
Before using this medicine, tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have had a reaction to similar medicines before. Tell your doctor if your symptoms do not improve, or if the infection returns after treatment.
