Brimocom Eye Drops are used to reduce elevated intraocular pressure in patients with glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It works by decreasing fluid production in the eye, helping to lower pressure and protect the optic nerve. This is a combination medication, part of a group of medicines known as alpha-2 adrenergic receptor agonists and beta-blockers.
This medicine is also useful for those who don't respond adequately to topical beta-blockers alone. It's also beneficial as an initial therapy in patients who would benefit from a reduction in intraocular pressure (IOP) of more than 5 mmHg.
Before you start using this medicine, it's important to consult your doctor for the correct dosage and frequency.
