Bisogard Am Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Treatment of high blood pressure

• Management of uncontrolled hypertension

• Prevention of heart attacks

• Reduction of stroke risk

• Protection against kidney problems

• Management of hypertension when single medicines fail

• Lowering the workload on the heart

• Improving heart-pumping efficiency

• Relaxation of constricted blood vessels

• Long-term blood pressure control

Follow these instructions while taking Bisogard Am Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Take the tablet on an empty stomach for best results.

• Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.

• Continue taking this medicine regularly as your doctor has advised.

• Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor.

Bisogard Am Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Bisogard Am Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients that work together to lower your blood pressure:

• Bisoprolol (5 mg): This is a beta-blocker that works by slowing down your heart rate. It blocks the effect of certain natural substances in your body that can cause blood vessels to constrict, helping your heart beat more slowly and with less force.

• Amlodipine (5 mg): This calcium channel blocker relaxes your blood vessels. It prevents calcium from entering the cells of your heart and blood vessels, making it easier for blood to flow through them and reducing the workload on your heart.

• Store Bisogard Am Tablet 10 at room temperature (below 30°C).

• Keep away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.

• Store in the original container with the lid tightly closed.

• Keep out of reach and sight of children.

• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date printed on the packaging.

• Reduce salt intake in your diet, as high sodium consumption can raise blood pressure (hypertension) and decrease the effectiveness of Bisogard Am Tablet 10.

• Engage in regular moderate aerobic exercise, like brisk walking for 30 minutes most days. This helps lower blood pressure naturally and complements your medicine's action.
