Xerina Cream 50Gm

Xerina Cream is used to manage hyperkeratosis, severe heel fissures, and thick calluses associated with conditions like extreme skin dryness and chronic foot roughness. It contains a potent mix of active ingredients, specifically Urea and Glycolic Acid. This cream works by breaking down hard, dead skin layers and deeply hydrating the newly exposed dermal cells. It also repairs the natural moisture barrier to heal deep cracks, so consult your healthcare provider before use.

• Glycolic Acid: This is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) known for its exfoliating capabilities. It helps to remove dead skin cells, promoting smoother, softer skin. Glycolic acid also helps enhance the absorption of other ingredients, making the cream more effective in managing rough, cracked skin.
   
• Urea: Urea is a powerful humectant, which means it helps the skin retain moisture. It softens the outer layer of the skin, making it easier for dead skin cells to be exfoliated. Urea is particularly effective in managing dry, rough and callused skin, providing deep hydration and improving skin texture.
   
• Cetylated Fatty Ester Complex: This complex is included for its emollient properties, which help to soften and smooth the skin. It forms a protective layer on the skin’s surface, locking in moisture and managing dryness.
   
• Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E): This antioxidant helps protect the skin from environmental damage while promoting healing. Vitamin E also has moisturising properties, which help to soothe and nourish dry, irritated skin.
   
• Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Ammonium Hydroxide, Glycerine, Glyceryl Mono Stearate, P.E.G. 100 Stearate, Cetyl Palmitate, Propylene Glycol, Stearic Acid, Cetearyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Myristate, Oleo European Oil, Polyacrylate-13 & Polyisobutene and Polysorbate 20, Simethicone, Perfume, Methyl Paraben, Disodium E.D.T.A., Propyl Paraben.

• Wash affected areas and pat dry. 
• Apply cream(1-2 gms) to affected areas and rub in. 
• When absorbed, apply once more. 
• For best results, apply on your feet at night and wear socks to bed. Then wash off after 8 hours, Apply as needed 2-3 times daily.
