Azithral-XL Liquid 200 Suspension is used to treat a variety of bacterial infections in children, including Acute Bacterial Sinusitis, Acute Otitis Media, Community-Acquired Pneumonia and Pharyngitis and Tonsillitis.
Uses of Azithral-XL Liquid 200 Suspension are:
• Acute Bacterial Sinusitis: It clears bacterial infections in the sinuses to relieve facial pain, pressure, and congestion.
• Acute Otitis Media: It resolves painful bacterial ear infections and reduces localised inflammation in children.
• Community-Acquired Pneumonia: It treats deep lung infections to alleviate respiratory distress, fever, and chest discomfort.
• Pharyngitis and Tonsillitis: It eliminates bacteria causing severe sore throat and tonsil swelling in children aged 2 years and older.

• Shake Azithral-XL Liquid 200 Suspension bottle well before use.
• Use the provided measuring cup or dropper to measure the correct dose of the suspension.
• Keep the bottle well-capped after use.

Azithral-XL Liquid 200 Suspension should be taken orally.

Azithral-XL Liquid 200 Suspension contains the following components:

• Azithromycin (200 mg): It is a macrolide antibiotic that inhibits the synthesis of bacterial proteins, thereby preventing the growth and multiplication of susceptible bacteria. 

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from moisture.
• Keep Azithral-XL Liquid 200 Suspension away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.
