Atorvee Ap Capsule 10

Atorvee Ap Capsule 10 is used for reducing the risk of heart attacks in individuals with coronary heart disease or diabetes. It lowers bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides, boosts good cholesterol (HDL), and helps prevent strokes while slowing the progression of atherosclerosis.

• Swallow one capsule whole with a glass of water.
• Avoid crushing or chewing it.
• You can take it at any time of the day, either on an empty stomach or after meals.

Atorvee Ap Capsule 10 is taken orally.

Atorvee Ap Capsule 10 combines two active ingredients:

• Atorvastatin (10 mg): This ingredient works by selectively inhibiting an enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase. This enzyme is responsible for transforming HMG-CoA into mevalonate, a precursor of cholesterol. With atorvastatin blocking this process, there is a reduction in total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, along with a slight increase in HDL cholesterol levels. The overall effect reduces the risk of plaque formation and progression within your blood vessels.
• Aspirin (75 mg): Aspirin halts an enzyme known as cyclooxygenase (COX), which usually aids in producing thromboxane A2. Thromboxane A2 encourages blood clotting and narrows blood vessels. By blocking COX, aspirin prevents blood clots that could potentially block arteries and cause heart attacks or strokes.

• Keep Atorvee Ap Capsule 10 in its original packaging until it's time to take it.
• Store at room temperature, not exceeding 30°C.
• Protect it from direct light and keep it dry, away from moisture.
