Mirabegron (25 Mg) + Silodosin (8 Mg)

Alphacept M 25 Tablet is used to manage symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland that affects many men as they age. It is a combination medicine that belongs to the class of medications known as a beta-3 adrenergic agonist and an alpha-1A adrenergic blocker.

BPH can cause troublesome lower urinary tract symptoms that significantly impact quality of life. Management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
Improvement of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), including:
- Difficulty starting urination
- Weak or interrupted urine stream
- Frequent or urgent urination (especially at night)
- Feeling of incomplete bladder emptying
- Straining during urination

Follow these instructions while taking Alphacept M 25 Tablet:

Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet as it is an extended-release formulation.
Take this medicine at the same time each day for the best results.
You may take it with or without food.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it's nearly time for your next dose.
Never take two doses to make up for a missed one.

Retrograde ejaculation: Semen enters the bladder instead of exiting through the urethra during ejaculation. This is harmless but may affect fertility
