It contains silodosin, an alpha-blocker that relaxes the smooth muscles of the prostate gland and bladder neck to improve urine flow, and mirabegron, a beta-3 adrenergic agonist that relaxes the bladder muscle to increase bladder capacity and reduce urgency. Take it whole with meals as prescribed.
Limiting fluid intake before bedtime, reducing caffeine and alcohol consumption, and avoiding sudden heavy drinking can help manage urinary urgency and nighttime urination alongside medicine.
Tell your doctor if you have severe kidney or liver impairment, low blood pressure, or planned cataract surgery. Rise slowly from sitting or lying positions to avoid dizziness. Report any persistent dizziness or rapid heartbeat to your doctor.
